School...

Okay so I've officially ended my first week of school, though the first week of school was seemingly unofficial.
We only had lectures for the first week and they were all pretty boring.
Updates:
-Mr Hasim is our new Civics Tutor. Miss Cai must have transferred out or something. Our new CT has been acting weird all week. No more shall be said, lest I say something incriminating. Oh and to quote my sis when I told her he was our new CT: "Good what, then you can drool over him more often." Mmmhmm. Like I want to.
- Mr Tong is our new GP tutor. Since he's our school's DM, I shan't say anything further.
- Mrs Tag is our new Math tutor. Haven't met her yet but according to Sabs, she's a good teacher. Woohoo.
Well, other than that every teacher is pretty much the same. Mrs Lofthouse is taking us for Othello.
Okay that's the end of the boring parts. Ugh I felt so restricted. Cannot say anything about the new teachers in case someone reads this blog and reports it. Sigh.
Anyway, I went to Arab Street last Friday with Sue, Mira, Shobi and Soef!
We went to El-sheikh la where else right....its become a new hang-out for me. Well, not as much as Sue's but yeah I've been there pretty often recently. Its a nice cafe, with romantic lighting and comfortable cushion seats on the second floor (I had no idea this existed before Friday!).
We had a pretty good time...lots of girl talk and taking photos.
Oh and I also had my first puff of the shisha pipe! Yeah it was alright I suppose I was a little apprehensive about it at first after my sis related to me her experience but it turned out to be rather...unremarkable. I remember taking my first puff and then saying to sue "Huh, so like that only ah?" Hahahaha. Like what was I expecting right.
Yeah so we were happily smoking shisha and talking for the rest of the night. Soefie didn't try it though, for personal reasons.
Then after that we went to suntec to catch the mass dance at Suntec. But as if the hordes of students making their way in our opposing direction wasn't a tell-tale sign that it was over, we very stubbornly went forward with our plans, going all the way to the fountain. It was empty, of course, by the time we got there, so we ended up going back in and saying hi to all the SC people.
And yesterday was a slow, slow day. My sis, Florence, Soefie and I went out together. Soef wanted to repair her handphone. And they took such a bloody long time. Though it wasn't that frustrating since we didn't sit there and wait like all the other blur faces staring at the TV screen, which was repeatedly showing episodes of Mr Bean (the cartoon version).
Well, then its back to school tmr. As in real school. Real timetable. Ah the misery of it all.
Thank god there's 33/06 to make it all much better. (=
