September babies celebration!!!
Fort Canning was seriously fun.
Honestly, I had a really good time that I haven't had in ages.
The food was deliciously prepared, the company was my darling 33/06 (so who can complain?) and the music was err...rishik. And Nadia's El Nin-Yo was being repeated at least two dozen times! haha. It was the only slutty song available la. Can't be helped.
Yeah so after we enjoyed the carb-fest and took a lot of photos we settled down to sitting around on the mat or rather the tarpaulin that sabs had brought along.
There was a segregation of two groups.
One, the Drunk Corner ( a.k.a. let's act like we're really drunk) and a combination of the Sober but really High corner plus the Talking in Earnest corner.
The Sober but really High corner made up Andrea, Sugu and me. We were dancing like loonies even though we hadn't had any alcohol. You got my temperature rising like...El Nin-Yo!!
Yeah anyway after that we settled down to Talking in Earnest, with Nadia trying to scrape some delectable stories out of Ernesto but not really succeeding. Haha.
It was fun la, just sitting there and spouting anything that was floating around on the top of our heads.
Then after that a lot of them rushed off leaving US (me and sabs) the birthday girls, to clean up! What a monstrosity!
Lizzy helped out too. Yay to the cleaning crew. =)
Yeah then walked out of Fort Canning with Saby, with her telling me stories about Kelvin that she just heard.
Hmmm, shall not delve into them here.
Today saw Kelvin again. He had lunch with us at the hawker centre across the school.
He's a really nice guy at face value la. Zh and him seem to be going along well together.
Today's weather has been really nice. Rainy all day. Good for sleeping.
Had a nice long afternoon nap just now.
Feeling refreshed now but lazy.
Hmmm I think i should go do Hasim.
Tmr PW presentation. For some reason I feel kinda nervous.
What a loser. Sigh.
Oh yeah before I go, I just have to note down a Kwotable Kenneth.
Me (to Lizzy, with Kenneth around): Eh, my hips hurt ah. I think I'm growing old.
Lizzy: Ya cos u sit on the floor right.
Kenneth: You know why she's telling the truth?
Lizzy (a bit hesitantly): Why?
Kenneth: Cos hips don't lie.
